    Wonderful and clean place, excellent staff at a passing staff member to be served. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, television and a work desk in the room. Fairly clean bathrooms with a bath. Particularly good and perfect location and modern facilities.

    The location was great, just a short walk from the convention center. The staff were attentive. The food offerings, especially the assorted fruits, were fresh and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, check-in was disorganized and took too long, impacting my arrival. The room could have used better soundproofing, as noise from the hall and adjacent rooms was an issue.

    It was just a fitting option for a momentary pause in Merida, offering excellent value for money. I had a fantastic massage with Adamaris in the hotel spa, made my stay feel special. If you're staying, definitely take time for a spa treatment.

    The stay was quite a mixed bag. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep. Unfortunately, we encountered some cleanliness issues, like hair from previous guests in the shower. The elevator was also out of service, which made carrying our luggage quite the workout in the heat. Location-wise, it was conveniently close to local attractions, but more attention to detail is definitely needed for overall service improvement.

    Lovely little getaway

    The lobby was super pretty and gave off a chill vibe. Staff were really friendly and even had a cute welcome with towel swans and dessert for our honeymoon. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was decent. Just wish the in-room WiFi worked better, it was pretty slow.

    The hotel has spacious rooms that easily accommodated my large family, including our 5 teenagers. We loved hanging out by the pool with a refreshing escape from the heat. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

    I was greeted by beautiful stained glass and an inviting atmosphere. The superior king room was a sanctuary of comfort, with a bed that hugged me like a cloud after my travels.
